Scheduling Through Calendly
The Site’s “Schedule a Free Consultation” links take you to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, to book a call. When you book, you provide your name, email address, and any details you choose to include directly to Calendly, which shares that booking information with us so we can conduct and follow up on the call. We use this information only to schedule, prepare for, and follow up on that consultation, and to respond to any related correspondence. Calendly’s own collection and use of your data is governed by Calendly’s Privacy Policy (calendly.com/privacy), not this one — we encourage you to review it before booking.
Information We Collect
The Site does not use contact forms, account registration, or e-commerce functionality. When you click “Email info@softgravityconsulting.com,” your device opens your own email client — Softgravity does not receive or store any information until you choose to send that email directly to us. Any information you voluntarily send us by email (name, company, contact details, project information) is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver services.
Automatically Collected Information
Like most websites, our hosting provider and WordPress installation may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and site-performance purposes. The Site also loads the Poppins font from Google Fonts’ servers, which may receive your IP address as part of that request. We do not currently run analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) or advertising trackers on this Site directly, but we reserve the right to add them in the future, at which point this Policy will be updated and the Cookie Policy will reflect the change.
How We Use Information
Any information you send us, or that Calendly shares with us after you book, is used only to communicate with you and, where applicable, to provide consulting services. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
